Court documents from Italy have revealed why the country's top court threw out the conviction of Amanda Knox - the woman previously accused of killing British student Meredith Kercher.
The 21 year-old was found with fatal stab wounds in Perugia in 2007.
Miss Knox was found guilty of her murder twice.
But she was acquitted after 'glaring errors' were found in the case against her - including a lack of DNA evidence.
