The former CEO of the Rehab Group has threatened legal action if any further details of her salary is reveaied.
Angela Kerins has withdrawn her agreement to allow salary details be made public - leaving Rehab to tell the committee it cannot discuss her conditions any further.
Meanwhile it's emerged that her predecessor Frank Flannery has received over 400,000 in consultancy fees from Rehab since he stepped down in 2006.
