The Dáil has heard claims that County Kerry is being denied investment - because of a problem with snails.
Danny Healy-Rae says the so-called 'Kerry snail' is the reason why the main N22 between Tralee to Cork City hasn't been completed.
The road has been completed within Kerry's borders - but hasn't been built in Cork, over concerns about a local slug habitat.
