Gardaí have made a  drugs seizure in County Kerry worth €192,000.

Detectives found €112,000 worth of cannabis plants and €80,000 worth of cannabis herb after the search of a house in Glenbeigh at around 8pm last night.

They have described the operation as a "sophisticated grow house" containing 140 cannabis plants.

The scene is preserved for a technical examination and no arrests have been made.
