Ireland could win Britain's Got Talent for the first time ever this year with a Kilkenny choir performing in the last of the semi-finals tonight.

The group of singers from Presentation Secondary School will be performing from 7:30pm on TV3.

Choir Director Veronica McCarron has been the driving force behind the choir's recent success. She says although she cannot reveal the song they will be performing, the audience are in for a real treat:

Speaking today, the girls said 'To say we are overwhelmed with the support so far would be an understatement. This journey has been an incredible experience from the start.
