The half-brother of North Korea's leader was murdered using a highly toxic nerve agent, according to a preliminary report.
It says the poison, was detected on swabs taken from Kim Jong-Nam's eye and face.
The substance is classed as a weapon of mass destruction by the United Nations.
He was attacked by two women at an airport in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia last week.
