Belfast rappers, Kneecap are facing an investigation by British Counter-terror police.
Officers are examining video footage from a 2023 gig which showed them shouting support for Hamas and Hezbollah.
The trio has come under fire after the video allegedly called for people to 'kill their MP'.
Britain's Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch, has called for the band to be prosecuted.
A number of the band's gigs have also been cancelled.
Kneecap's manager says the clip has been "taken entirely out of context".
Meanwhile, Christy Moore, Fontaines D.C., Damien Dempsey, Paul Weller, and Primal Scream are among almost 40 acts who have signed a letter in support of the rap group.
In a statement, the musicians say they support artists' Freedom of Expression and say there's been a campaign by by some senior political figures and the British media to remove Kneecap from the public eye.
"As artists, we feel the need to register our opposition to any political repression of artistic freedom", and say the "question of agreeing with Kneecap's political views is irrelevant".
These artists, including Paul, stand for Freedom of Expression.

On Wednesday, Kneecap apologised to the families of murdered British MPs Jo Cox and David Amess.
The group said they "never intended to cause them hurt" and they rejected any suggestion they would seek to incite violence.
