La La Land was the big winner at the Baftas, picking up five awards
The musical was named Best Film, while Damien Chazelle got Leading Director and Emma Stone took Best Actress.
Elsewhere, Casey Affleck got best actor for Manchester By The Sea.
While Dev Patel received the supporting actor prize - for his role in Lion.
Three Irish nominees had no luck on the night - Ruth Negga lost out on the EE Rising Star Award, Consolata Boyle missed out on the gong for best costume design, while Seamus McGarvey was passed over in the cinematography category.
