The last remaining suspect in the Omagh bombing has been cleared, because of insufficient evidence.

45 year old Seamus Daly was accused of killing 29 people in a car bomb attack in 1998.

The worst atrocity of the troubles claimed the lives of 29 people. 

Seamus Daly has been in custody since April 2014.

His lawyer Peter Corrigan says his client will be taking legal action over the time he's spent in prison.
