Two sons of the late businessman Jim Mansfield are to stand trial in November on ammunition charges.
Jim Mansfield Junior and his younger brother PJ pleaded not guilty during a brief appearance before Dublin District Court this morning.
48-year-old Jim Mansfield Junior is accused of illegally having 180 rounds of ammunition at his home in Saggart in south Dublin on January 29th last year.
PJ Mansfield, who’s 38, is accused of having over 1,200 rounds of ammunition without a firearms licence at another house in Saggart on the same date.
They have both been remanded on continuing bail ahead of their trial.
