Tonight officially marks the start of the festive season as Ryan Tubridy digs out his cheesiest Christmas jumper for the Late Late Toy Show.
The theme for this year’s show is The Greatest Showman which Ryan says is all about inclusivity and that it’s OK to be different:
'If you're stuck in a hotel room where you shouldn't be this Christmas, we've got your back. If you're being followed home on your phone by someone who's being mean to you at school, we hear you too. They need to know that they're not alone and that it gets better. The Toy Show is a two hour escape hatch and we supply the hatch'.
200 young performers were chosen to take part in tonight’s show which kicks off at 9.35 on RTE One.
