Lawyers seeking the release of an infant from HSE care say they are concerned the mother and child relationship is being damaged.
The Supreme Court says it will fix the earliest possible date for an urgent appeal against yesterdayÂ’s High Court ruling which found that the baby boy is being lawfully held away from his parents.
