Members of the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO) at St Camillus Hospital in Limerick, are to start a work to rule this morning. (8 o' clock).

The action comes seven months after nurses told the HSE that the clinical care of patients had being compromised by ongoing staff shortages.

Currently there are approximately 15 vacant nursing posts at the hospital.
