Children from across the country have won awards for writing about how we should all be more accepting of children and people with disabilities.

25 primary school children from across the country have been finalists in the essay competition called ‘Someone Like Me’.

They’re receiving their awards today at Farmleigh House in the Phoenix Park from the Equality Minister Aodhán O’Riordáin.
