Karen Buckley's father has spoken of the family's pain since his 24 year old daughter was murdered in Glasgow.

John Buckley described the family's distress at having to phone their 3 sons and tell them their sister had been murdered.

He spoke of how even in death they could not hold Karen, 'kiss her or say goodbye.'

He described Alexander Pacteau as an evil man and said the streets of Glasgow are now safer.

"We know that Karen will never come back but she will always be with us."

In a dignified statement Mr Buckley described her as a 'little Angel'
