A top US scientist is hoping to enable paralysed people to stand and to walk again in a trial that includes Mark Pollock, who was paralysed when he fell from a second story in 2010.
Professor of Neurobiology, Reggie Edgerton, from UCLA is giving a talk in Trinity College today, on his pioneering work on curing paralysis.
