Solicitor Brian O'Donnell has reiterated his plans to take his legal battle over Gorse Hill to Europe - after presenting Bank of Ireland CEO with the mansion's keys.
Mr O'Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia - who owe the Bank over 70 million euro - left the property this morning ahead of noon deadline set by the courts.
Representatives of the Land League say they're taking possession of the house for Vico Limited - the Isle of Man registered company run by the adult O'Donnell children.
Brian O'Donnell and son Blake are still in attendance at the Bank of Ireland's AGM - where they presented CEO Richie Boucher with the keys to the 7 million euro house.
