Police in the UK say six men and two women died in a crash on the M1 motorway near Milton Keynes this morning.

Two men have been arrested, one on suspicion of drink-driving following the collision involving a minibus and two lorries.

Four people are in hospital with life threatening injuries.

Some of the victims were visiting from India, and police are trying to get in touch with relatives.
