Jellycat the bunny has had an eventful few days, after accidentally being left behind in a hotel.

The floppy eared stuffed toy was found alone in the Adare Manor hotel at the weekend.

To try to track down Jellycat's owner, the hotel took a series of photos of the bunny being pampered in a robe in a five star bedroom, having a massage and also sitting down to high tea.

The social media campaign caught on on Facebook and was liked and shared thousands of times all over the world.

The good news is that 3 year old Kate Hogan from Nenagh has come forward as the proud owner of Jellycat - her first ever teddy - and the two have been reunited.

But it means the Bunny's stay at the five star hotel is now over.
