Dublin is without any Luas services today, as tram drivers are once again on strike in a row over pay.
It's as Dublin marks the centenary of the 1916 Rising.
The drivers, who are members of Siptu, this week rejected a pay deal brokered at the Workplace Relations Commission.
The deal would have given existing staff increases of almost 19 per cent.
Further strike action is planned for April.
