The partner of a former EastEnders actress has admitted murdering her, and their two children.

Sian Blake disappeared with her sons in December, before their bodies were found buried in their garden in east London.

49 year-old Arthur Simpson-Kent - who was arrested after fleeing to Ghana - pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey in London.

He'll be sentenced in October.
