Gardai in Dublin have arrested a man in connection with a carjacking in Terenure on Friday.
The incident happened just before 4pm at the junction of Zion Road and the Orwell Road.
A woman and her two children were stopped at traffic when a man got into the back of the car and demanded money.
A 41 year old man was detained this morning under Section of the 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
He's being questioned at Terenure Garda station.
