A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Gerard Donnelly in Dublin last year.
The badly burned body of the 36-year-old from Tallaght, who was homeless, was found near the Wellington monument in the Phoenix Park in November.

The man in custody was detained in Dublin's north inner city this morning.
He's being held at Finglas Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
A 27-year-old man was charged over the murder in December.
