A 58-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman in her late 50s in Dublin.

Her remains were discovered at a house at Woodlawn Park Grove in Firhouse on Sunday afternoon.

The man in custody was detained in Dublin last night.

He's being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Rathfarnham Garda Station.
