Gardai are investigating an alleged assault outside a pub in Dublin city centre last night. 

A man in his thirties was injured when he was attacked outside a pub on Thomas Street at around 9.30pm. 

He was taken to St. James's Hospital where he is being treated. 

No arrests have been made.

Gardai at Kevin Street are investigating.
