A man has been caught driving under the influence of cannabis in Dublin, after blowing smoke in the direction of a Garda.
A strong smell of cannabis was noted when the driver blew smoke outside his window towards a member of the Blanchardstown Roads Policing Unit.
When the man was pulled over by the Garda motorcyclist, he tested positive for cannabis.
