A man has been charged in connection with the death of Christy Daly in County Offaly last month.
Mr. Daly's body was discovered at Bog Road in Clara, County Offaly on the 7th January
Gardaí at Tullamore have charged a 23-year-old man with an offence in connection with the investigation.
The man was arrested last Friday at Clara and was detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 at Portlaoise Garda Station.
He is due to appear before Portlaoise District Court in the morning at 10.30am.
