A man has been charged with the murder of Damian Conlon in Australia.
The 31-year-old, who was originally from Co. Sligo, had been living in Australia for the past decade.
He was found with gunshot wounds at a house in Oberon in New South Wales yesterday.
He died at the scene despite efforts to revive him.
7 News Australia, reports 57-year-old Luke Simon has been formally charged with Mr. Conlon's murder and will be held in custody until his next court appearance in April.
It's believed the two men knew each other.
