A man has appeared in court charged with robbing a takeaway in West Dublin in the early hours of Sunday morning.
40 year old David Larkin, with an address in Rossfield Park in Tallaght, was charged with robbery at Tallaght District Court this afternoon.
Garda Stephen Murray from Tallaght Garda Station said he made no reply when charged.
Judge John Lindsay remanded him on bail of his own bond of €300, heÂ’'s to sign on daily at Tallaght Garda Station and observe a curfew from 10pm to 8am.
Mr. Larkin has to stay at an address at Allenton Gardens in Tallaght and is not allowed within 50 metres of Old Bawn Shopping Centre.
He iÂ’s due back before Tallaght District Court on October 19th for DPPÂ’s directions.
