A man remains critical after an industrial accident in Portmarmock in North Dublin, in which another man died.
A worker got into difficulty while working on a sewer in the Drumnigh Wood housing estate at around 2:30 yesterday afternoon.
One of the workers fell into the sewer pit, and the second man fell in while trying to help him.
The two were taken to Beaumont Hospital, where one man died and the other remains in a critical condition.
