A man is due in court after a Garda was allegedly assaulted at the Garth Brooks concert in Dublin on Saturday.
The Garda was taken to hospital with a facial injury after the incident at Croke Park.
A Garda spokesperson said he was injured while assisting stewards “in the course of responding to an isolated public order incident”.
A man in his late 20s was arrested at the scene and taken to Store Street Garda Station.
He is due to appear before the Dublin District Court today charged in connection with the incident.
The Garda investigation is ongoing.
