A man, wanted by Gardaí over the Regency Hotel shooting, is due before a court in Belfast later.
The PSNI arrested the man on foot of a European Arrest Warrant in Co Tyrone yesterday.
Police in the north say the 46 year old's being sought by Gardaí in connection with murder and firearms offences.
He was arrested by the PSNI in Strabane yesterday.
He's due to appear before a court in Belfast this morning, on foot of a European Arrest Warrant.
Last night, the PSNI confirmed the offences relate to the Regency Hotel shooting.
