A man in his 30's remains in Garda custody following a drug seizure in County Cork.

Gardaí discovered cannabis herb with an estimated street value of €€150,000 and cocaine worth €€1,000 during the search of a house at Rathpeacon, north of Cork city on Thursday evening.

A woman (20s) and two men, one in his 30s and one in his 20s, were arrested at the scene and detained at Togher and Mayfield Garda stations.

All three have been released and a file is being prepared for the DPP.

A man in his 30s who was arrested in Killarney, County Kerry remains in custody at Killarney Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1996.
