A man remains in custody this morning after a car was driven at a Garda Station in Co. Monaghan.
A car was driven into the front of Monaghan Garda station and set on fire, just after 7pm yesterday.
The man in his 40s was arrested at the scene.
He's being held at Carrickmacross Garda Station where he can questioned for up to 24 hours.
No one was injured in the incident.
However, the building suffered smoke damage in the incident.
