A 56 year old man is to be brought before Limerick District Court this morning following the death of a man in a house on Barrack Hill in the city earlier this week
Gardai discovered the body of the man in his 40's after responding to a report of a disturbance at the house in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
A man arrested at the scene was detained at Roxboro Road Garda Station.
