A man is due in court shortly charged in connection with the death of a homeless man in Cork City.
37-year-old Vincent Morgain, a French national, was attacked on the 10th of September on Lower Oliver Plunkett Street.
A 22-year-old man was arrested by Gardai in Cork City on Thursday and is due to appear before a special sitting of Cork District Court this morning.
