A 22-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Kevin Molloy in Dublin earlier this year.

Raymond Walsh - with an address at Carnlough Road in Cabra - was arrested in Dublin this morning in connection with the unemployed engineer's death at his home Glendhu Road between January 23rd and February 1st.

Walsh was detained at Finglas Garda Station - and made no reply when charged.

He's been remanded in custody - to appear in court again next week.
