Gardai are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 80s died in a two car crash in Co. Donegal.
It happened at around 3.30 this afternoon on the Donegal town to Ballybofey Road, around 7 kilometres from Donegal Town.
The pensioner was pronounced dead at the scene.
The sole occupant of the other car - a 64 year old woman - was taken to Letterkenny General Hospital, but her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
