An investigation is underway after a man was killed in a house fire in Dublin.
The blaze broke on the bottom floor of the house on Grove Road in Rathmines at around 7AM.
Dublin fire brigade arrived shortly afterwards and around 20 officers attended the scene.
They rescued a number of people from the property which is understood to be divided into a number of apartments.

Three people were treated at the scene before being rushed to St James' hospital. One man was later pronounced dead.
2 other people are in hospital but their injuries aren't believed to be life threatening.
The scene remains sealed off this afternoon and Gardai say an investigation is underway.
