Gardai are continuing to question a man in his 50's following the discovery of a massive 30 kilo bomb in Lucan in Dublin on Saturday night.
Its now believed the homemade fertiliser based bomb was to be collected from the car park of the Finnstown Hotel in Lucan and be transported to the North for an attack on a security target.
Hundreds of wedding guests had to be evacuated for around 5 hours on Saturday night while the army bomb disposal team made the device safe with out the need for a controlled explosion
It has now been removed for further testing.

A technical examination of the scene has taken place. The device has been sent for further testing.
