A murder investigation is underway after a man was shot dead in County Down.
It happened on the Lower Dromore Road in Warrenpoint at half past seven yesterday evening.
A woman suffered serious injuries during the incident and has been hospitalised.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the shooting to come forward.
