A man in his 30s has been shot this morning in Crumlin in Dublin.

He was found with a gunshot injury on the street on Monasterboice Rd around 4 o'clock this morning.

He was taken to St James's Hospital but his injuries are not life threatening.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and as Gardai investigate.
