A man in his 30s is to appear before Dun Laoghaire District Court tomorrow (Thursday) morning, charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of a woman in South Dublin.
65-year-old widow, Jane Braidwood, received fatal stab wounds at her home in Clarinda Park East in Dun Laoghaire shortly before 5 o'clock yesterday evening.
She was taken by Ambulance to St. VincentÂ’s University Hospital where she was pronounced dead a short time later.
The man was arrested at the scene and detained at Dun Laoghaire Garda Station.
