A man alleged to have played a central part in the shooting of David Byrne in Dublin is to fight extradition from Northern Ireland to the Republic.
The 33 year old was murdered at a boxing weigh-in at the Regency Hotel in Febuary.
The PSNI arrested 46 year old Kevin Murray yesterday in Co Tyrone on foot of a European arrest warrant.
He appeared in court in Belfast earlier today.
