A Belfast judge has refused bail to a man from Northern Ireland who's wanted in connection with the murder of David Byrne in a gang-related shooting in Dublin.
Forty six year old Kevin Murray was arrested at his home in Strabane earlier this week by police officers using a European Arrest Warrant.
He's been held on suspicion of murder and firearms offences linked to the shooting at the Regency Hotel in February.
A judge refused bail on the grounds that Murray was a flight risk.
The court heard it will be alleged that Murray stayed at the Regency Hotel the night before the attack preparing for his role in the killing.
