Police in the north are appealing for witnesses after a man's body was found on a road in County Tyrone.

The man was found at around 4 o'clock this morning on Mountjoy Road at Killeen Village near Coalisland.

Police are currently at the scene, and are trying to establish the cause of the death.

Mountjoy Road remains closed at the crossroads with Coole Road and Lisaclare Road.
