Gardaí say the investigation into the death of Karl Holmes in Dublin is NOT a murder inquiry.
The father of two lost his life following an attack at Avonbeg Gardens in Tallaght on Thursday evening.
A post mortem on the 44 year old's remains has now been completed and Gardaí say they're investigating the matter as a violent disorder, assault and a public order incident.
It's understood a row broke out over a child's use of a bike.
