Northern Ireland's Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness has defended Thomas 'Slab' Murphy as a 'good republican' - and paid tribute to his role in the peace process.
The comments come as other politicians claim Sinn Féin's defence for the convicted tax evader is a sign it's unfit for government.
