A 16 year old from Monaghan has become Aldi's youngest supplier after her 1916 themed muffins were chosen to be sold in supermarkets around the country.
Éabha Campbell got the opportunity after she won the National Junior Baking competition for the second year in a row.
Her muffins are based on a recipe for gur cake which was sold in Dublin in 1916.
They are now available in 128 Aldi stores nationwide.
