A Wexford man - who set up the Irish Men's Shed Association - has been honoured with a major award in Australia.
John Evoy has been presented with the prestigious 'Ted Donnelly Award' for outstanding contribution to the Men's Sheds Movement' at a ceremony in New South Wales.
The men's shed idea began in Australia and was brought to Ireland by John five years ago.
There are now almost 300 sheds around the country with an estimated 10,000 men attending on a regular basis.
I've been speaking to John who is still celebrating in Australia.
